The Superkids Application tells two stories involving young people and the Internet through two cartoons, the first entitled "Gaetano: stories of ordinary cyberbullying" and the second "Friends: The Internet and the misleading love" In a funny way, it allows to discover what sometimes can happen online, when you get too involved by events and it is easy to make the wrong choice. For this reason the cartoons provide alternative solutions, to help students reflect on the consequence of their actions.
The issues addressed are those of cyberbullying and online grooming and show the different perspectives of the characters that are part of the stories. A teacher manual is also available to use cartoons in classroom as a means to talk in a funny way with students about real-life situations that may involve them: www.sicurinrete.it / superkids.
The Application is intended to young people of all ages and adults, particularly parents, teachers, educators and social workers.
